4th Circuit Votes to Strike Down Virginia’s Ban on Same-Sex Marriages

A three-judge panel of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 4th Circuit voted 2-1 to declare Virginia’s ban on same-sex marriage unconstitutional.  The opinion for the court issued on July 28 in Bostic v.
