A three-judge panel of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 9th Circuit, in San Francisco, heard oral arguments on Monday, December 6, on an attempt by the Proponents of California Proposition 8 and the Deputy Clerk of Imperial County, California, to appeal U.S. District Judge Vaughn R. Walker

    Cooper and team failed completely to explain why extending marriage equality is wrong – legally or socially. They tried to defend the status quo because it is the status quo. That’s not an argument, it’s circular reasoning.
    There may be valid reasons to exclude same sex couples from civil marriage, but the ADF has not presented them
