West Virginia Marriage Equality Lawsuit Mainly Survives Motion to Dismiss

U.S. District Judge Robert C. Chambers ruled on January 29 that three same-sex couples may pursue their lawsuit claiming that West Virginia’s ban on same-sex marriage violates the federal constitution.
